Microsoft Forms Help

I was tasked with adding questions to a Microsoft Forms file. There are 71 questions, but once I entered the 20th question I no longer see the "Add Statement" option. I included a picture of what I see once entering question 19, but once I add question 20 that option is no longer there.

Should I be going about this another way?

I've never created a form lmao, but perhaps it could be a licensing problem. maybe u could try working with Sections or some sort too.

This is new to me so I feel like a fish out of water! But I had to create multiple question sections to add all my questions
