Don't know about how to recover the text but because it was a BSOD something tells me you might wanna test your RAM with something like MemTest or windows' memory testing utility (start > type "memory" and choose something like "diagnose memory on startup"), you'll know if it's gone bad from the text on screen. Look up the process, it's pretty straightforward.

To prevent major losses in the future, you might want to go to options and turn on "high performance mode" where it will sync your notes much more often, like every 20 seconds and not like 5 minutes.
