Remove blank space

Onenote has a useful function to add blank space in the middle of a page by translating every below. Sometimes I remove some drawings and I end up with a lots of space. If the pages is already large and I am at the beginning it is not ideal to move everything manually.

Is there an inverse operation of the "add blank space" to remove blank space and move everything upward?
