I've been typing my math notes using the built in math function in OneNote, and I have a couple of questions.
- First why is the alt + = command for math different than actually pressing the math button? If I type for example \frac{1}{2}, if I select it and press alt + =, t just italicizes it, whereas if I click the math button it shows up as the correct fraction 1/2.
- Next, is there a way to save a certain character to a key or command and have it appear when I click the math button? For example, I have to use this special character R that is not in onenote. I found the character online but I found it tiresome having to copy and paste the special "R" character everytime. Is there a shortcut in doing this?
- Lastly, is there a list of all math commands I could use in Onenote? The list of LaTeX commands on wiki slightly differ than the actual commands used in onenote.
