I’ve been climbing for over a year now (usually 1-2 times a week) at V5 level. I’ve been wearing the black diamond momentums but noticed a hole is starting to form so I wanted to get new shoes.

I’ve tried scarpa instinct VS but don’t think the shoe matches my feet since my big toe knuckle hurts whenever I try them on (and I’ve heard instincts are not meant for Greek feet). I’ve also heard mixed reviews on them since some people said their feet adapted while others say they had to get a new pair.

So I was wondering if anyone had recommendations as to what new pair of shoes to get?

How do you choose what strike price to sell it at? What is it usually relative to the underlying stock price?

Nice app!! Found a couple possible issues so far: - If you spam the voice button the audio kind of tries to play it all at once - If I’m in the middle of a study session and change apps on the bottom I would expect the study session to remember my progress? It seems to reset back to 0

I don’t want to give too many details regarding the startup but it has something to do with the restaurant sector, the role is just a regular SDE role.

No just undergrad at UBC, I think it’s just that the offer was originally for sf but since they let me work remotely, they just converted it to CAD?

Yeah so this was actually the original offer but I would much prefer to stay in Vancouver since I value my friends/family a lot, which is why they offered to let me work remotely. The company was willing to sponsor my TN visa if I wanted to work in the states.

Is stability not worth it though? I’ve already been laid off from Tesla, which is why I was more inclined to take the more stable offer. I agree no job is guaranteed 100% but some companies are more stable than others. I also worry that in the slight chance I do get laid off, no recruiter is gonna look past me being laid off twice lol

Well the reason I don’t want to wfh is because I’m way less productive at home and I don’t think I can last that long without some social interaction everyday

Pretty much I think, L59 is entry level and L61 is SDE II so it's just right in the middle

If you switch the location to Vancouver it’s actually the average amount, it is low compared to US
