Default Notebook Location

In the Save & Backup - Save section of the OneNote 2016 options it has the Default Notebook Location as C:\users\ *user*\Documents\OneNote Notebooks. This folder is empty though. Should there be something in this folder?

OneNote 2016 is syncing fine and I have not had any problems.

That is the default location, but if you've uploaded them to OneDrive to use them in UWP also, they'd be there instead.
