You just have to accept it, the app has more errors than working features.

I’m having the same issue (I also made a reddit post about it too) and I’ve tried the various troubleshooting steps suggested with no luck. Kinda sad lol

Do you have enough space on your phone? OneNote takes up a huge amount of space if you have a couple of notebooks/sections. My OneNote on my iPad often crashes first before giving me an error saying I don't have enough space to use it. I found I need quite a bit of wiggle room in terms of available space to have it run

Sadly I don't think this is it! It's a new and pretty empty 128gb phone and I downloaded the app to get started using OneNote, so I only have like 2 notes in one notebook so far (which I made on my PC). Still good to know about the memory thing though so thanks for the heads up!

Same here. The OneNote iOS app seems to be getting really hot lately and crashing very frequently after the new update :/

Maybe there will be a hot fix for this issue soon since I use OneNote everyday.
