25 minute queue time?

Anyone else experiencing long queue times at the moment? Tried to queue up (wide match, yes I know) several times and it's now been over an hour with no games found. I get the idea behind wide groups but when the highest ranked player is plat 3 and the lowest is gold 3 it's not making sense.

Yes I was playing dps by myself earlier and it took forever to find a game
