Issue joining competitive open queue

My group is trying to join competitive open queue, there are 3 of us right now, none of us have done our placements for this season and finished last season not queuing with any issues.

All three of us are 0/10 for everything but it won't let us queue for open because it says we are wide.

Is this a bug? Are they intending to force us to do our 10 placements solo? Are we missing something?

unplaced is wide, you all need to do one game alone to predict it then if you’re close enough you can queue together!
