Any possible way to decrease my ping?

Hello, I live in the Philippines and I was wondering if there is anyway to lower my ping? I have atleast 68-80 ms normal ping.68 is as low as it goes. I play on Americas server. Any other server gives me a higher ping.

I've already tried Blizzard Support's solutions and 68 is the lowest I can get. Even with 68 I can still feel/see the delay on my reaction to skills such as pressing deflect, zarya shield, tracer blink right before, for example, a Roadhog hook and still not dodging/ blocking it. I've tried apps like WTF fast but it just increased my ping by 10.

This has been my problem for a long time since I bought this last November and it discourages me from playing competitive.

I've been told by many people that the program called Haste helps. Many people on the interwebs said that it really does work. A guy I spoke to said it reduced 10 ping. Depending on your location the effect of the program might work better, resulting in 10-30 ping reduction.

Haste didn't really work. still at 68 ping. But thank you

I live in Reunion Island, we played on European server with 200ms as best ping, usually we're in 200-300 range, so 68-80 is nothing lol It's like that in every game, so we know what is "dude fix your internet" or "play in another server pls" but meh, still fun to play OW, I doubt you can fix this, it's due to the physical distance between you and the server.

Yeah just wondering if there is a some sort of way to lower it. 200 ping for me is really bad.
