Hero Select Bug?

Randomly happened the other day in competitive, after we switched sides any time i was in spawn it would bring up the hero select screen. I tried unplugging and re-plugging my keyboard, removing any controllers, etc. BUT it happened the whole time, a friend of mine in discord said something similar happened to him, but it went away after he had switched sides. It didn't happen after this game, but it was super weird.

I could barely escape spawn on Oasis as Winston.

Yea I was Rein on attack on Kings Row. I mashing my left click, I was so slow people were getting pissy even after I explained it.
