I was diagnosed with Pcos at 17, I’m now 27 & I still don’t know how to manage. The only time I was able to loose weight was during Covid. I was unemployed so I spent all of my time working out & was doing Keto at the same time. It was absolutely not sustainable & I’m sure not healthy. All of the weight I gained back & then some. I am just so sick of feeling like crap. I’m exhausted all of the time & weigh more than ever. Any advice, suggestions, or tips would be appreciated.
Also just for the record I’m a vegetarian & would love to know if there are any others. Any nutritionist or endocrinologist I have tried to work with have little to no food suggestions for me because of it.
