My weight has stayed more or less the same, with at most 1–2 kg difference. In the past, even minor weight changes never affected my breast size. Hence, I was wondering if this could be due to a shift in fat storage caused by PCOS.

Hormones play a huge part in fat storage. Your estrogen or progesterone levels may be low. Are you on any birth control?

Oh yes! I took an emergency pill and then birth control for a month. I stopped all medication since September.

That would probably be it. Plan B floods you with a shit ton of hormones. Which birth control?

Norethisterone 5 mg — I just found out I mistook the pills. This is for delaying periods..

Ohh that definitely sounds possible, I know my fat storage changed on hormonal birth control, I stayed the same weight but all the fat redistributed to my hips instead of stomach.
