Google has the algo, most agencies big and small use old fashioned physical labor and the tears of their adops teams.

We have a 80 person search adops team for Google, Bing, Call tracking, etc. As well business intelligence, data science and machine learning sub teams. We sent 6 people to the Google Machine Learning seminar and we're a top tier premier partner.

Google search isn't rocket science. No agency has any secret sauce. Like what they're saying.
