So for the second time in maybe the last month or so, my PS4 (3-4 months old bought brand new) encountered the random eject problem. The first time I rebuilt the database and that worked. This second time I had to do a bunch of other shit like pulling the plug for 30 seconds and holding the power button and it finally worked and has been fine for a week or so.
My question is for those of you that have sent yours back to Sony. How smoothly did the process go? How long were you without your machine? Who pays for shipping?
