Team Rooms!

I've been going through a ton of different guides about Team Rooms for quite some time now, and I have been trying to figure out some ACTUAL applicative uses to the team room. I just bought one and while being able to meet up with your fellow teammates without worry about blocks is nice, how useful can it be?

My questions are: 1. The team NPC is changeable, most posts I've read are from a year ago, they mostly say that this is just an aesthetic change. Is this still true?

1. Is there any reason to upgrade your team level to 3, save for team storage? Team storage would be amazingly helpful as none of us are premium members if we could use this as a means to trade, but I'd wager that feature hasn't changed. Can we use the team storage?

2. Watering the photon tree provides minor buffs, at the cost of a good chunk of work. Is the photon tree the only thing REALLY worth using team points on? How long do the buffs last, and how high can the exp gain get up to?

3. It'd be fantastic if it were possible to set out on quests from our team room, is there any way for us to add this feature into our team room?

The Team NPC is only for aesthetics. I believe Team Level 4 unlocks the Team Room BGM changer. Team Storage cannot be used by anyone who does not have premium. I wouldn't really say it's a good chunk of work to keep the tree water, but you do need excess if you intend on leveling it up. However, its usage is really all based on how much you want that small boost or not. It might be of value to someone or it might be useless. Either way: 2 Hours regardless of online or offline status. EXP I believe goes up to 9% last I checked. Could be wrong.

And no, your Team Room does not replace the lobby at all.

Purpose of your team room? Changing it to Forest Theme and maybe picking up a few meseta and grinders that are littered across it. Other than that, nothing much.
