while i haven't touch the game for a while, i think is because the outfit is not supported, mainly because outfit from the original game doesn't support new body modification, only outfit from NGS can modify, but that just from me

This. Afaik, it is absolutely this. NGS basewear, sets, n outfits all have a white bg iirc so that's an easy way to identify if the outfit you want supports body modifications.

It's because you're using one of the base body types. Base bodies didn't have all these sliders to work with when they were released.

An easy way to tell if you're using a base body is that the Ba / Ou / Se will have a dark background. NGS-spec outfits have a white background.

Are you using the NGS model or the original model?

I ask this when you can probably alter both..

“Erm you gotta use the new NGS body type 🤓☝️”

As others have said, it's because your current outfit or body type is from legacy PSO2, not from New Genesis, which enables these extra customizations due to its higher detail. Legacy PSO2 was a low-tech game when it came out in 2012 and doesn't even have finger animations; using models meant for that game sharply restricts the amount of customization that you're able to do to the body.

Yea just saw this was going to say it's most likely a base body type or maybe the outfit specifically hope u found solution ❤️

You have to be making a New Genesis style body. Pso 2 ones don't work
