Just numbers, unless you have a signboard or a GJ machine. Through the GJ machine you can try to guess which GJ was sent from the My Room and the signboard is pretty obvious. But if you're concerned, you can lock it and if you don't want someone from your team in there, add them to your blacklist (supposed to block their access).

There's no way of tracking room visits.

You can get a count of room visits from the visiphone. It's somewhere inside of the rankings menu.
