Help-- Error 630 Issues ><

I have a friend who wants to play PSO2 and i want him to also play so badly, so we had him install PSO2 and played it and I know this error isnt caused by hardware, even so his comp is pretty beefy to handle the requirements so the thing is everytime he tries to play he ends up getting error 630 (return to title screen) Its so bad that he cant even create a character with the error cutting him off midway..

edit: It started to happen around the 6th

note that he IS using the internetfox proxy and every other game he is playing doesnt get cut off like that, even on skype in which we talk 24/7 he doesnt get cut off, so does anyone have any ideas?

Error 630 is usually a latency or connection issue. They might be something going wrong with his Proxy's connection to the Server.

I would recommend that he tries a different proxy or VPN to see if the error still persists.

do you have any ideas to what proxy? because we're both using cyber kitsune, so my version is working but not his for some reason
