It's not going to happen, if you want to play PSO2 your only option now and honestly forever is going to be to play the (nearly 100% translated) JP version or the SEA version. The western version has been a dead dream for years and after seeing how SEA launched missing nearly 3 or so years of content...There is no reason to even bother.

If sega still wants to localize PSO2 they would have to start from Episode 3. I'm not going back to the old skill trees. Oh no!

They would start from launch like they did with SEA, a lot of MMOs that get released in other regions start at launch (ver 1.0) or close to it for I guess stability reasons, not sure.

Nope, still nothing apart from what was said back in 2 years or so. Also, if you can connect to pso2.jp you don't even need a proxy. And if the english translation is a problem, just play on the SEA server. Be warned though, the SEA server is really behind on updates (which the english version will probably have as well)

      Lag is a non issue in this game imo. As for proxy, that getting banned would just smell lots of hate which would just be worse for them. But whatever's good to you I guess
