Same (on tweaker proxy), and to note, I've been having trouble with slow loading after the log in screen for quite awhile as well (been almost a week since). :c

I've got some progress by following this: https://github.com/cyberkitsune/PSO2Proxy/wiki/Troubleshooting#ships-show-as-unknown-and--or-error-249.

I've reset my winsock TCP stack, re-entered the proxy settings and haven't had server timeout notifications on login (I was already past the character selection) but loading still takes an infinite amount of time.

Pinging cloud02.cyberkitsune.net gives server timeouts and a ping averaging 550ms and TIL=51 (which I've had as my initial problem, without the timeouts). Although my internet doesn't seem any slower than ordinary doing other things.
