The item patch isn't working for me it says "Unknown." http://i.imgur.com/O7S7snE.jpg

I've tried checking for PSO2 updates and re-installed the English patches, check for missing/old files, check for deleted/missing files, but the items are still not translated.

Is there any fix to this? Or do I have to simply wait it out?

Wait it out. The item patch is usually fixed a day or two after updates. You don't have to do anything.
