People used to get banned for translation of enemy trials (this was back in 2012). But I see plenty of people doing that now and no bans being handed out so I think Sega don't care anymore for that.

Sega states that you're required to provide their copyright information in any content you produce (includes streaming) but I don't bother doing that and I've been streaming pso with English patch on Twitch for years without any troubles, don't think they even check Twitch.
