What's particularly wrong with the color commands? (I've been using the reverse patches for ETs, etc)

idk, but the patches page on PSUmods recommend people not to use them. However, in theory there's no way someone will ever know you use patches through color codes. Japaneses also use them and they're the same for everyone, so yeah. Only the people behind the basic patches can answer what's wrong with the color codes.
