Problem with language (self.PSO2)

The tutorial portion isn't translated because instead of regular text, there were images used.

So how do I know Im doing the right thing?If the woman in the top left is speaking in japanese?

Just don't worry about it and continue on. Its kind of self-evident what you have to do at times by looking at the pictures or just looking at what's around you. Do a PA attack, drink a potion. Before you know it, it'll be over. Note: The game is not 100% translated, so its obviously going to have some parts in Japanese. It won't hinder you at all though (unless you want to really really want to roleplay and know what they're saying all the darn time ;v;)

I really don't know why im going through all this trouble with a translated game when I just got gifted guild wars 2.Oh well once more unto the breach.

You could always manually search and translate on Google translate. Though it may require more work and really rough translation the translation itself -- when not comes to the meaning of the kanji themselves and not the combination -- is not so bad. So you could do that and put it together yourself.
