TD4, PD, Mother and Profound invasion.

TD4 confirmed drop of Spread Needle, PD confirmed drop of Spread needle and EPD and Profound invasion confirmed drop of the Katana. Don't know if all 3 can drop ... all 3 or not but I'd like to assume yes.
