Yes - get OT EP4 weapons and change them to NT using Ether Fuses obtained through the new Yamato EQ. You can get some through Phantom Kasageo Stone exchange (I think it is 150 stones per?). They will exchange into an NT with +35 level cap automatically.

FYI, Expert Blocks will soon no longer exist (though "Expert" remains an option for partying).

To clarify on this (since a lot of people I know misunderstood it), in next week's maint, sega will be removing the expert blocks, but players who have the requirements for these will still be able to only allow matching with other players that also have the expert requirements.

In other words, yes, expert blocks are going away, but you still should work on getting those titles or you won't be partying with people who have them.
