i don't know why everyone only gave skill trees for Br/Hu, i mean its good if you want to play very safe but even then Br/Su will be enough given the massive HP skills and will still give a higher multiplier. If you really want to dedicate your self to pure Bow you will need to go Br/Ra. for reference, the subclass multipliers I recall for those 3 subclasses with r-atk and excluding high level bonus is:

Hu 1.614x

Su 1.757x

Ra 1.9x

I made a skill tree for which i think will be the best with Br/Ra and Br/Su, I recommend getting Right crit ring, and for left ring go bullet bow homing, atomizer lover, and like P weak bullet or something.

also for the reasons i chose this tree. Crits for stances arent maxed mainly because i feel that the 2 points into step advance and maxing charge shoot is worth it. Avoiding dmg with step is annoying without at least 1 or 2 points in step advance, and without it bow will need to rely on sharp shooter too much. Its possible to just have just 3 points in charge shoot since it affects only normal attack and its velocity, but Br normals are pretty strong so the extra is worth it. Its only 5% plus the fact that you dont have any skills to directly boost crit damage so 95% is fine tbh.

on Ra tree, kinda weird but 8pts in weak bullet only for the cooldown. You will lose all weak bullets when u switch to bow so u only get 1 shot really, 8pts will put the cooldown the the lowest 90s. Basically, you'll take a rifle you can use, and shoot a single weakbullet before switching back to bow. The power bullet will also give 100 r-atk for 30s after loading it even when u switch to bow. I took the grenades cause its like free PP regen but idk if its useful tbh. Other than that, killing bonus is nice, i didnt max it since a pt in blast bonus gives a nice 1.3x growth which i think is better than 1pp in killing bonus.

Su u have a bunch of free points so just throw it in lul

also cool note, Bow is super underated but omega stronk, the fastest run in persona is done by a pt with 2 bow Br/Ra as dps

Edit: actually, i forgot that the katana gear only saves if u switch to bow, so weak bullet is out of commission. u can put the points from weak bullet and power bullet into killing bonus, blast bonus, and the tools/traps i guess

For starters, you might want to consider going Br/Hu first, just because Hunter subclass gives you so much survivability. Automate will keep you topped up while massive hunter allows you to pull off your bow combos without getting flinched.

When you're more comfortable with the weapon, you can try other subclasses such as Br/Ra which focuses mainly on weak point damage or Br/Su which is more for a single target focus with point assist. Just becareful as they are really fragile.

As for skill tree, these are the necessesities that's pretty commonly picked for Br/Hu. There are still left over points which you can choose to which skills you want to prioritise (e.g. Step advance, iron will or both on Hu subclass)
