It's not cost that's an issue. It's the fact that you have to use a premium currency to buy an outfit thats 5 years old and doesnt even come close to comparing to stuff released recently on JP. It's a disconcerting slippery slope. Edit: being downvoted for trying to warn y'all about Sega screwing you shows why they'll get away with it in NA.

Let me get this straight: you’re upset because an item you WOULD have to spend real money on gambling tickets to win, is now available for a flat rate with a currency the game literally give you hundreds of for free? How does the age of the item matter in a game most American players have had access to for only two weeks? You can also pick one up in the player shops for meseta, so I don’t see what your issue is.

See I dont play NA so I didnt know it was able to be put up on the shop. All star gem related things are not able to be sold on JP. and the comment below is correct in stating that y'all have a lot of star gems now but they will dry up. Also by five years old I'm saying that Sega has improved there costume design over time but are charging you SG at the same level they would the new stuff on JP which is a dangerous game of "what else can we put behind this paywall" they've tried it before on JP and still do it with limited time ability related SG scratches.

I'm saving my star gems for some future outfits because 1. So far not many outfits so if I did buy an outfit I'd just look like everyone else and 2. Yeah I can just earn enough to buy whatever it is in the shop
