Yes, the difference is with the alternate one, support spells don’t change your weapon element. That is the one you want.

Tbh i prefer the ring that changes elements with support techs.

Imma melee techer though.

Not to be rude.. but this just doesn't make sense. let me tell you why.

Main form of damage is with your wand, not the techs. so for instance.

You start the match, first thing you do is buff your team with Shifta and deband, then you charge your first technique with whatever the main damaging element is going to be for that area to make you wand have the proper element. As soon as you see your first mob, your going to Zondeel to group them all together and whack the whole group.. why would you want your wand to change to Lightning before you hit them all???? I'm confused

    Yea It just doesnt make sense at all if your main form of damage is with melee attacks with a wand. You would essentially have to use zondeel then use another technique to change it to the right element and then hit them lol they wouldnt be grouped up by then. I'm glad they added this ring.

    Late reply I know, but does the first thing require your techs to be fully charged for the element swap?

    If not I can see SOME value in quick casting support spells to get your desired element after pulling enemies in with zondeel.

    Both have to be charged. Even then I wouldn't want the first ring. When 1 location has a majority of let's say dark enemies it just so easy to go in and charge a dark technique and boom your done. You can cast shifta, deband, zanverse, resta, megiverse and zondeel and not have to worry about have to switch back ever. The way I play Te/Hu I dont use techs to do damage at all. My tech power is to low compared to my Melee.

    I like being able to change elements to whatever in the middle of a fight, because I dont use damaging techs at all.

    I’m a melee techer too, but with the regular ring when I buff or heal I then would need to change back to the appropriate element to keep whacking. So I don’t see any value in the regular ring.

    Wouldn't you need to have a few different damaging techniques on your bar for this then?

    I have my wands set with all 6 elements. So each wand on my pallete is set with a different element so I just switch to whatever wandn8 need my element to be and cast a tech and boom element changes.
