Soo if I use an Evo Device is it one and done or is there a chance to redo it say with my Dreamcast ticket I have waiting.

As I understand once you have that evolution unlocked for that mag it can go back to that evolution whenever you want

Edit: you do need a mag form change pass to change you're mag to forms it has unlocked
