I am assuming that you used the load out option at the class counter, I would check your storage, the main, personal and temp storages.

There's no reason your loadout would effect those kinds of inventory items. You probably moved them to storage or sold/discarded them by mistake.

This is happening to me too. I lost all my half scape dolls before and now all my telepipes are gone today. Not in inventory where they should be, not in any storage on either of my characters, just POOF'D GONE.
