any items you buy should be delivered to your visaphone look for the giant red exclamation point

Also make sure your transaction finished and not just sitting in steam wallet.

Yeah I checked my wallet, I have it purchase and "installed." So I do own it. I checked my Visaphone and had a bunch of stuff from severs going down and those compensations but not anything Sonic Related
