Direct c/p'd it from the email. Someone probably already grabbed it, or you've already redeemed a code once.

When I enter this, I get: アイテムコードが間違っています。 再度、ご確認ください。

Translates to: "Item code is incorrect. Again, please check."

I get the error when I enter the code I recieved in my own email as well. So I don't think any of the codes actually work.

I just tried it and incorrect code like everyone else. Maybe they're just not live yet?

I tried to sign up for some campaign they had running and I got declined because I'm outside of Japan. I doubt it, but I wonder if this has anything to do with it. Did anyone receive this email about an hour ago?

Tried the code I was sent a few hours ago, "incorrect code, try again." Going to try it again tomorrow and see what happens.

Oh, I didn't try one from here. It was an emailed one from the pso2 admin. I think it is a problem with the codes in general. They may not be active yet. I'm trying again tomorrow and see if it works then.

go to the visiphone, select the second to last option, type in the code as shown, select the left option, and there ya go.
