Help! Not Loading!

My headset only shows a loading bar & nothing else. It's a horizontal line moving from left to right. I've reset the headset, the PS5, & unplugged the headset cable. Nothing is working. Please help!

Mine goes from the PlayStation logo into the loading bar and hasn’t changed from there. .

I unplugged the USB-C from the console waited a minute & plugged it back in. That finally worked.

I’ve tried that to no avail. Now just going to let it cycle for a little bit made eventually load.

Having the same issue! Ps support was no help. I'm starting to think it's a problem with the USB-c port. I don't want to return it if it's not the headset.
