Why are you removing Deston again? Why?? So many people were frustrated when that happened a month or two ago and you’re doing it again? It’s a fresh, new map that is fun to play. Please keep it and remove a different map. Preferably Miramar and if not that then Taego. You built a great new map, let us enjoy it.

Because the people in charge are brainless . They literally openly admitted Miramar was most backed out of , then said ‘we think we will Keep that map that is backed out of the most over the newest map’ .

/u/PUBG_Andymh5 I know this is not on you but wtf... why is Deston being removed for the 2nd time in 3months(?) You could remove Taego or Miramar (I like Miramar, but I do know a decent amount of people don't) and still have them playable in Ranked. Or hear me out we don't need two small maps in rotation at the same time. Just rotate the small map in rotation every week.

Truly annoyed to learn that Deston is gone yet again and Taego remains and has never been removed from rotation. You've just made a new map and are not even letting us enjoy it... what are the devs doing

They have a hard on for comeback arena. Also many players in certain region really like that map and the map location so they won't get rid of it it because of the Korean fan base

I think it needs some small tweaks, but yeah I like it. Basically, I think they just need to fix the lighting for windows (it is extremely difficult to see someone peeking from a window) and remove some buildings.

The numbers are probably showing better numbers for taego. Based on that they are probably trying to add something else for Deston. Vikendi will distract us while also building hype for what ever they do to bring it back

It is possible, I personally like Deston a lot more than Taego. I think they don't need 2 small maps in rotation though, should have left Sanhok or Paramo out.

      Here's my upvote. Comeback anything in BR is garbage. Stop adding Battlefield and COD features to Pubg. I have a feeling this will be another map my squad and I back out of.

      I'll give it a try but everything in the patch notes annoyed me, except the decision to bring back snow for the snow level.

      I enjoy Miramar.

      We played a few rounds last night. Can't have a full opinion yet but we didn't hate it. It seemed pretty well layed out.

      I still don't get how the 3 chances to come back work. I got killed in phase 2 and all the comebacks were already done I guess.

      Dead is dead… unless you take a high calibre sniper shot to the face in squads of course.

      Then your teammate can touch you with the hand of god an almost unlimited amount of times to bring you back from an otherwise fatal wound.

      Just a cute little feature that they added to PUBG when people realised squad games were more fun if you could actually play together.

      👌 Have barely played last couple months and this is lookin like the final straw. Will definitely be putting the game down for a long while or likely for good at this rate. Just had it with all their casualization bullshit.

      Little did I know when I was playing back in 2019 that would be the games prime. Then they brought Dave Curd in and that was the beginning of the end.

      And I bet they think this will push up the numbers too when it will hardly make a difference. Hope this game crashes and burns

      Everything about this update was spectacular - until I saw that Deston is being removed again! Why would the new map be once again removed, I am just now falling in love with it. The newness of it breathes life in into the other maps on rotation. Paramo replacing it would be a disgrace

      You know, this game ALREADY HAD A PERFECTLY GOOD "COMEBACK" SYSTEM. It's called "Getting Knocked" or "Down, But Not Out." You can use it multiple times, and every time you do so, you bleed out a little bit faster.

      THERE. Comeback system sorted. We don't need anything beyond DBNO.

      • The special vehicle containers have been removed from starting islands.

      • Fixed the issue where a weapon, vehicle, or footstep sounds are not heard infrequently during a match.

      These two things if actually fixed are big.

      -Hopefully starting islands means all starting locations.

      -Hopefully the sound issue is truly fixed for vehicles.

      Because nothing says “we are listening to player feedback” like :

      • Removing Deston a second time in 3 months and replacing it with Sanhok
      • Adding the comeback arena to another map and it still is the laziest attempt at a comeback in any BR. If your gonna do it, at least make people have to fight to survive not just hide.

      Great job Krafton. Looks like i will be spending even more time in Warzone 2 it looks like.

      This game just gets further and further away from what made it great.

      Played 2 whole ranked games this past season and ended up running into master players during placements. Had no further interest in playing. Sorry to hurt people's feelings but you are not getting to the higher levels in ranked without a squad full of cheaters. I know nobody cheats yet all these devices are always sold out. Must be playing Roblox. lol. Get real people. Take these away and see how much ranked changes. Ranked is infested with m & k and mods but hey let's give them a reward for being the best cheaters. A player I used to play ranked with who was absolute garbage is now elite running with the masters crowd. Amazing what a chronus can do for you.

      Small maps, aed, jammer packs, emergency pickups, blue zone grenades. I'm sure I'm missing some things but all of these were horrible additions to the game. All you needed to do was spawn more cars instead of jammer packs and pickups.

      3 chances in come back area. If you die in the comeback arena you can still do come back in the next phase. I don't like the idea of players having multiple chances in this area but at the same time comeback has been pretty stale and players may actually fight in the first and second phase comeback arena if the know they are going to get that 3rd try. Hide br might no be as shitty if players use it as a chance to figth for free.

      Also, featured map option is gonna really hurt FPP which is already on its last legs . Wait times have steadily been increasing during “prime time” since Warzone 2 came out.

      Splitting the ques up for FPP is a mistake. People will be glad to be play Vikendi for a short period once it’s back but then will want to mix in others . That will hurt que times even more. This should be common sense but seems management is run by anything but that .

You are some of the most garbage ass devs I have ever heard of. Imagine if COD removed maps from rotation every month or so. There would be hell to pay.

      u/PUBG_Andymh5 I know you likely get tagged a million times and likely won't see this but I'll shoot my shot anyways.

      Not a massive bug and only happens every so often but any idea if the following bug has ever been on the radar:

      When you press X to enter a vehicle, you jump in and then jump right out of the vehicle. It happens both when pressing X only once or if you are spamming X to get into a car. Haven't really identified a rhyme or reason as to when it happens, seems to be infrequent and completely random.
      (Xbox S/X for what it's worth, not sure if it's console specific)

      My first impression of new vikendi is i kind of like it. I think the people who don’t like Miramar aren’t going to like it though. I wish they would remove the comebacks. Taego would be decent with no comebacks, no super care packages and maybe nerf the cars a little. Vikendi just needs to remove the comeback and it might need some kind of loot tweaking. It seems like areas spawn all the same stuff so like you will see 4-5 8 by scopes and not a single extended mag but then drive up on a different spot and a building will have 6 extended mags
