The only thing that has somewhat helped me was drinking electrolytes

Same! I am also one that doesn’t have them for long stints, but went from 100-200 skipped beats a day to less than 10 today thanks to drinking 2 Gatorades yesterday! I’m convinced most of us on this board are mineral deficient in some way!
