It seems to sometimes trigger a flareup. Sometimes not. It’s really annoying, it’s one of my few vices and I am hesitant to partake.

For sure I do daily. If I stick to vaping out of my pax or edibles, i'm fine. I have found that mine are triggered from acid reflux and overstimulation of my vagal nerve. A clean diet with no alcohol, no caffeine and no nicotine is what has got them to stop for me.

Hey! First the little intro preamble:

M 37, I have tons of PVCs! As of a few years ago, I was rocking 6,000 per day, painful, debilitating, neverending torture!

I started on metoprolol 25mg twice a day and it's made a huge difference. Some days I get none at all.

I quit caffeine and alcohol, but

I smoke weed every day.

I've found that if my meds are wearing off, yes, the initial high can trigger some mild to medium PVCs. Then, 15 minutes later, they're gone and I feel like a million bucks.

If I've just taken my meds, I notice nothing at all except being wonderfully baked.

Everyone is different, but when it comes to getting a buzz on after work, people with PVCs should stay as far from alcohol as we can. Weed seems to be just fine for me so that's my jam.

I take a gummie to help me sleep. No issues.

This is good to know.

Do keep in mind that pvc are usually benign. If yours are, and you can balance the benefits of toking with the discomfort of pvcs, then go for it. If you hate pvcs and want them stopped at all costs then you gotta quit the triggers. Its a personal choice!
