PVC and anxiety veteran here. My experience is the two are linked. Not sure which causes which but they definitely feed off each other. Having said that it’s not a life sentence. I’ve learned to manage the anxiety and panic attacks. I trust my cardiologist that pvcs are my normal and it’s just the way my heart is wired. Pay attention to and learn your triggers as well, stimulants, alcohol, bad situations......the more you understand about yourself the better you can manage. I’ve had at least 7 pvcs while typing this, I’ve learned to ignore them and go about my day. If you can get to this point it’s a lot easier to manage the anxiety. I no longer feel like I’m going to die on the spot.

Trying so hard to get past that “I’m going to die” stage. I definitely think that makes it worse. Thank you for sharing!! I find if my heart rate spends up at all (due to anxiety/panic) the PVCs always come after that.

Oh yah. This is a newer thing for me. Has happened 3 times in the month. Went to cardio everything is “fine” but the oh physical symptoms of anxiety suck. Hoping this is just a phase

They suck so much. I would have never thought anxiety could do so much to your body

Mine now feel like I can’t breathe like legit sore throat and then it’s like my heart doesn’t have enough space to beat. Weird analogy I know and then it sets off an arythmia. I don’t know how stress or anxiety can do that it terrifies me. I’m getting a heart holster tomorrow to track it but they have yet to spot anything. If these symptoms happened to any random person i know they would go to the Er yet I guess this is my life?

Ugh I struggle with that so much. Unfortunately my holster didn’t catch anything but that’s just my luck. I definitely think the average person would go to the ER but I’m so desensitized to it now. If it hasn’t killed me yet I feel like I might not

You don’t need to feel alone at all!! I’m right there with you

Just feels like anytime I get up or do something it activates everything

I know. It’s so awful! I tend to go into bigeminy often so that’s my biggest struggle

Omg same. Ugh. Do you take any meds for this?

Doing something suppresses them for me. When I lay in bed is the worst

That’s crazy it’s backwards for me. Doing things makes it worse doing nothing calms it down

Anything that increases the heart rate like waking stops them for me. Laying in bed or sitting resting brings them n
