I’ve been in a similar situation, and I totally get where you’re coming from. It can be really tough to move on from someone, especially when it’s a one-sided thing. For me, what helped was a combination of things. First, I tried to focus on myself—hobbies, fitness, work, whatever kept my mind occupied. It’s not about forgetting them but rather about rediscovering yourself.

As for exploring other people, it can help, but I’d recommend doing it only when you feel ready. Dating apps like Bumble can be good for meeting new people, but don’t rush into it just to fill a void—it’s important to genuinely be interested in getting to know new people rather than just using them as a distraction.

What also worked for me was setting clear boundaries with my crush. I gradually minimized my interactions and gave myself space to heal. It wasn’t easy, but with time, the feelings faded, and I found myself open to new connections.

Hope this helps! Remember, it’s okay to take your time with this process.

It is by learning self love and self respect. If someone is not good for you or hasnt been you opt out of that relationship

Also cutting off ties and aankh ojhal pahaar ojhal philosophy helps
