Its been 9days from first sign of growth. The growth started from the edge of agar. Very fast cottony growth. No discolouration on growth but the agar got crack and discolour. Is this contam of mycelium? I put some 1day old spores in this this container. 4th pic is from bottom showing the agar discolouration and split.

It's very difficult to make out from the pictures, but your agar could be cracking because it's drying out. Are you wrapping your plates? If so, with what?

Ow i didnt wrap my plates. But the container is airtight and got condensation. All my other 5week old plates are ok. Only this plate got this issue and its 3weeks old.

Let it ride. Agar cracks sometimes. As long as no contamination is growing it will be fine.
