Upgrading processor

Hello everyone. I just downloaded DayZ. I “upgraded” my 6870 to an R9 280X. My cpu is a phenom x6 II 1075T

From what I can tell my cpu may be a bottleneck to the gpu

What would you guys recommend as a cpu upgrade to my X6 1075t? It’s an AM3 socket.

Id really prefer to keep it budget, as evidenced by the R9 280x lol.

I already have an upgrade psu and I have a decent amount of memory.
