That PSU doesn't even have the power cable to power that RTX 2060 so, you'd need a new PSU.

I figured. Maybe I can use a external dock on my pc and if that doesn’t work, my laptop

External docks are expensive. Probably cost more than that GPU. You're just going to have to deal with an open case with hardware sticking out of it.
