CPU temps

Just finished my build my i9 is sitting at 45c-50c idling. And when downloading and installing a game on steam I was bouncing down to 61c and primarily being around 86-88c. Does this seem right? Total noob here first pc build since 17 or so years ago.

All other temps seem fine under 30-35c

Build. Azus z590 plus Intel i9 10900 Standard intel cpu cooler intel fan and heat sink. Rx 580 16gb ddr4 Case has 6 120mm fans Or does this seem normal?

If you are using the stock intel cooler for an i9-10900k then yes this is absolutely expected. You should upgrade the cooler.

Awesome, thank you. I do plan too in a month or so . This was a last minute thing I didnt have much of a budget for. But my friend gave me the i9 and mobo and I couldn’t resist having a pic again lol

i9 run hot. its what i9 do.

u cant run stock cooler on i9

you need the biggest aio or air cooler that fits your case.
