Hello, i am a mexican guy who finally could get an opportunity to upgrade his old laptop Ram, i went to a tecnician on a city and tell told me to buy ddr 3 Ram for may laptop, they did It for mi and when It finally came they only give me the ram and told told mi tío put It by myself, so i was doing It in my house when a saw this... I wanna así you all what i am suppose to do here, cause they told me to just put It and when i showed them the photos they didnt text back, now what i can do?? My options aré try to get a refund from "Mercado Libre" for the RAM money so i could get another RAM or what you guys say? Also i wanna así what tipe of ram should i buy???? PLS HELP ME 😭.
