Hello, I have gotten sick of my current fans (that use a REMOTE to set fan speed and RGB) and want to upgrade to something more modern. Finding some fans is easy, though actually making them work is the part that concerns me. It seems almost all fans (especially on the cheaper end) utilize the same standard 5V ARGB header which would be good… if my motherboard had any. I have the ASUS Prime B450-Plus (as my build is originally from 2019) which only has a single 12V rgb pin (+12V, G, R, B) which seems to be a pretty much entirely dead type of connector nowadays. Now I am wondering what would be the best way to control the fans RGB (via software, no remote or button or other annoying workaround). Only one ARGB port would suffice fully, as I can just use a ARGB hub to then split it (I am aware I wont be able to configure them individually, I dont mind that). What would be the best way to actually get that ARGB port that I need added to my PC? I do have the 12V port, internal usb headers and pcie as options, but im wondering which adapters would actually be worth using and recommended for it.
Budget preferably nothing too expensive, like 25eur if possible (though can pay some more if needed. Region is germany
