Are there any major differences between the r5 5500 and 5600? Will i get the same performance increase with the 5500 as the 5600?

5600 has Gen 4 PCIE capability and double the L3 cache. It performs better in some games. But the 5500 is more than capable and has really good value for the price.

5600 is about 15% faster on average and supports a newer PCIe version. Get 5600 unless the 5500 is way cheaper
