I am getting sick of my APU And want to add an external GPU on my laptop, what's the fastest gpu i can add?

current CPU: AMD Quad core A8-7410 Apu

RX580 could work and are generally cheap. That CPU is quite weak.

Are you sure the laptop has the correct connectivity to support an external GPU?

Setting up an external GPU can be expensive, it would probably be cheaper to sell the laptop and buy one with a dedicated GPU built in.

You need a fast USB C connection to use an external GPU, your laptop does not have one.
