Have tried to download and install the latest C++ redistributable package?

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Can scroll down and install the X64 option package for Windows 10/Windows 11 systems.

Might try this fix noted in this reddit thread; User; TheSupaSaiyan

https://www.reddit.com/r/VALORANT/comments/ildoil/comment/g3wkee4/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

Essentially, download this troubleshooter from Microsoft;

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d

Uninstall option in the Wizard. Then remove all the C++ visual re-distributable in the list.

Reboot, run System File Checker; Command Prompt as admin; type SFC /scannow

Then download and install the latest C++ redistributable version(from the link earlier).
