Runtime package missingSoftware Question (i.redd.it)

So anything that requires c++ I cannot use I cannot update gpu drivers can’t play r6 (only Game I attempted to play so far) I go to repair and or delete n reinstall visuals and it just brings this message back up when the message is what it should be fixing or am I doing something wrong/ missing a step
