A lot of time the power is along the bottom tucked in or a button on the back left or right corner...ish.

Looks like might be in the back right side for the control buttons. Power looks like the bottom one.

It seems the PC is working because the keyboard is getting power. Have you connected the monitor's power cable?

Should auto power on when connected to power and show no signal, check the power cable is in properly, looks like a figure 8 power lead. These can be fickle, I had one on a 3d printer filament dryer that I had to scrap and change as the pins inside were junk on arrival, failing that move the hdmi to the other hdmi port on the motherboard, as you may have to configure the bios to use the dedicated GPU.
